top area for comfort and cleanliness, very convenient for visiting the city, bus 23/3, 100 m walk, approximately 35 minutes from the centre.

the manager is super nice, speaks good French, explains everything to you, toilet, shower, electricity you can empty and fill.the bus is next to go to Parma and a lidl just next door. 20 euros per night is reasonable.

Very nice home. Quiet secure area well located excellent value for money the only complaint would be that there is no shade at all.
