They tell me that if I do not refuel, it's € 3 to empty, so it's not free. I have not seen to empty black water. What there are are many flies.

Between the Repsol and the parking. There is a very small spacebut entering the motorhome of cylinder head can drain water and recharge. Free. Nobody controls it. Ask the staff of the gas station. We leave 2 euros of courtesy.
