Very busy area where it is better to arrive early. Very calm night. Large builds not recommended.

Hello,Well, that day, it was impossible to access it even just to empty it. .. Firefighters, gendarmerie, on site this morning, apparently big problem. In view of the vehicles on site, which were a lot of "babacools" as often now when it's free, that penalizes us. ?
