Rare ! An area in the city center close to the treasures of the old town and art nouveau.No doubt a little expensive (23 euros per night with electricity) but on the one hand we are well received at the port and no expenses to plan for transport. A good pair of shoes is enough. Only drawback, no emptying of gray water and filling of clean water... with a bucket.

Parking area very well placed, but not many places. The harbor master's staff is very welcoming. The noise did not bother us to sleep. For the sensitive, there are balls for the ears. 5 minutes from Place Stanislas and old Nantes. Great

I do not recommend it with very young children. The noise there is hellish at night. Motorbikes and cars racing through town, horn concerts, revelers returning from road trips...otherwise well located and super well informed at the harbor master's office on things to see and do in the city.
