We stayed on a Saturday night in February and it was quite quiet, with enough free space. There are garbage bins and the Nuevo Los Cármenes metro stop is close to the center in 10 minutes for € 1.35.

Quiet street to sleep. Next to the tram stop of the stadium of the Carmenes. On the way back there is a lot of free space, but there is a little more noise on the road that passes nearby.
