Joni, the neighbor across the street, mows the grass and keeps the area in perfect condition. A detail with him doesn't hurt.

Zona residencial of chalets enfrente of the playa (100 metros) dónde puedes pernoctar sin problema y con mucha tranquilidad. También puedes hacerlos in the main avenue of the playa pero el paso de vehículos es más molesto. Also in Parque de los niños (at 50 meters) you can enjoy a drink.
