We passed a day ago, we were able to find a space to park, have some dinner in a restaurant in the port of Mundaka and leave, the parking lot was full of cars and there would be about 3 motorhomes, some of them badly parked, for a visit to the town is worth , for little else.

A comfortable place to park and not enter the town with the motorhomes.
