According to consultation with the Local Police, you cannot spend the night in this car park, the only one enabled is P3 (Muñigo)

Tonight we spent the night with a motorhome. There were about 20 of us and no problem. Super quiet. Then get up early, and go up to the lakes before 8:30, which close barriers.
