Quiet place, ideal for overnight. It does not have any type of service, but large spotlights that illuminate the entire parking lot. Nearby there is a restaurant with a great influence of people, but they do not bother anything.

Last year I stopped twice for a night in Almenara, end of October and again end of the year. Casablanca beach has a couple of large parking lots and they were teaming with RVs. Not anymore. The native population or at least their authorities seem to prefer empty parking lots to having some continuous life out of season along the beach as was provided by the dozens of RVs. And to call things by their name, it is now clearly being discriminated against RVs, for no good reason. Most parking lots have been doted with a sing forbidding RVs to enter (s. picture). The first one on the south side has still no such sign, however, parking is forbidden since the 19th of January until further notice. Possibly because of the ongoing repair works along the beach with trucks in and out. The service area remains, thank you, but obviously Casablance beach had attracted much more people than this area can harbour.
