July 10, lunch break in the van at the free parking above in the square. We were closest to the stairway, next to an RV on the dirt road. Very windy place! Always read the billboards in the square referring to the presence of heavy metals in this area. Going down the stairs to the left there is a wonderful free shower (rarity!) and to the right, the toilets, also free!!! Presence of bars on the beach. Water and seabed of this place are the best.

Wonderful place, not so much for swimming but for getting to know the reality of the quarry. Very charming place, a must see. Large, panoramic and free off-season parking.

important note, if you come from Alghero and are in reserve, the only petrol station in the area is located in "la corte" in the direction of Sassari about 7 kg from silversmith

free park for the beautiful beach and to visit the mines which, however, at least today are all cordoned off, and you can hardly get close.
