very good, great hospitalitya milk production farm to make bleu des causses which is excellent the wife takes us on a tour of the cowshed and explains milking, followed by a short video explaining how Bleu des Causses is made. and distribution of bottle milk to small calves a fortnight, for those who want. kids love it sale of a few products: bleu des causses, blue pâté, honey... we stayed there two nights and will surely come back
