12.50 € is by no means too expensive. On the contrary. Showers included, bathing lake included. Only electricity € 0.50 1KW. And absolutely calm. Center 10 minutes on foot.

Great space, a bit expensive, but with WiFi that works, great. Electricity is cheap and fair.
