Paid municipal parking, possibility of electricity + emptying water and loading water.Quite a windy place with lots of cars

Huge municipal parking lot. Paid. Very close to the area filled with car wrecks. We don't feel safe.

Did one night. Very good for visiting the city but quite noisy at night and can be very windy.
