Very close to the center. And in front there is a public parking lot where you can spend the night at certain times of the year. Essential to visit Iruña.

Good area to visit Pamplona. Large, well-marked spaces, with all services, including electricity for €10 per day

Level area, close to the urban center, quiet. Light paying, still not working.

It is a good place to leave the car and walk downtown. But when I arrived to visit Pamplona, I didn't like the atmosphere behind the hedges, and we decided not to spend the night. We parked at number 12 and I would recommend parking further away from the hedges.
