A quiet place to spend the night, nobody disturbed me during the 2 nights I spent there. During the day it can get quite busy as more people start coming again to visit the Font de Cardener, Don't think they'd be too thrilled if the parking lot, rather small was suddenly filled with RVs lol...An excellent place to get into discussions with the locals is the smaller Font de Esquerrana just next to the parking lot, People come to fetch this water for its pureness, taste or the properties they ascribe to it, some fill half a dozen of bottles or more and not of the small ones. Being on the spot one can have from small chats to long discussions, one imagines how it must have been in old times, when people had to fetch their water at the village fountain :) The area gives some excellent opportunities for hiking and biking, expect it to be rather mountainous, though, my legs are still hurting lol.
