Very well placed car park for visiting the historic town of Moulins. Possibility of spending the night at a reasonable price, after the entrance barrier in a beautiful grassy and wooded area on the banks of the Allier.

Very pleasant area, by the river. Very reasonable rates €5.40 per night and €2 for emptying and topping up water.

Beautiful large area, a little out of the way but not too much, really not expensive. The negative point is the "blue flow" terminals where you can't just fill your water bottles or just empty and rinse the cassette.
